No, from 250 € we deliver free of charge in Germany, otherwise we will charge you the shipping costs incurred (up to 10kg gross € 4.65 / box, up to 20kg € 6.15 / box, above € 7.75 / box) .
Yes! Even as a non-organic certified retailer, it is possible for you to sell organic products in your shop, as long as you fill them from the original container in front of the customer.
Unfortunately, this is not possible as an online retailer - in this case you have to be certified yourself.
For orthodox, i.e. unflavored teas, we give an expiration date of 36 months. For all flavored tea blends, as well as herbal and fruit teas 24 months.

When you register in our webshop for the first time, please note that we can only check and activate your access during our office hours. We want to ensure that no end user has access to the individual prices. After activation, you can order around the clock. The orders are automatically forwarded to our warehouse.
Over the year we have various special promotions in which we offer seasonal tea accessories, new teas and catalog teas at special prices.
As a tea importer, we also always have original lots from the respective origins in stock. Since these change over the year, we regularly issue special offers
with which you can benefit from more favorable conditions. If you already have a special request for original containers, please do not hesitate to contact us!
