4. General information on data processing

Scope of the processing of personal data

We process your personal data only as far as necessary in order to provide a functioning website as well as for providing our content and services. 

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Insofar as we obtain your consent for the processing of personal data, Article 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR ) serves as the legal basis. Article 6 sec.1 lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party. This shall also apply to processing operations necessary in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

If the processing of your personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, Article 6 sec.1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis.

In cases where processing of your personal data is necessary in order to protect your vital interests or vital interests of another natural person, Article 6 sec.1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

Description and scope of data processing

Each time you access our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Article 6 sec.1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR.

Purpose of data processing

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session.

The data is stored in log files in order to ensure the functionality of the website. The data is also used to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. 

These purposes also include our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Article 6 sec.1 lit. f GDPR.

Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. When data is collected for provisopn of the website, this is generally the case when the respective session ends.

You can contact us via the e-mail address provided on our website. If contact us, the data entered by you will be transmitted to us and stored. The data will be used exclusively for the processing of conversation.

10. Use of Google Web Fonts

Description and scope of data processing

In order to display the contents of our website correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on our site. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, the content will be displayed in a default font.

Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible that operators of such libraries collect data.

12. Use of social media plug-ins

YouTube

Some of our websites are linked to YouTube videos. Operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LCC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. YouTube will be told which pages you are viewing.
